Title: Fix inline diff

Description: Around April 2008, LPH noticed that the inline diff we used to display translation changes was not working properly. Basically, sentence deletions did not appear on the screen. He looked at the HTML code of the page, and saw that indeed, there was a deletion that was marked up with a particular style, but that for some reason, this was not rendered properly.

The quick fix was to use a 2 column diff instead. But this is not easy for users to understand, because it's kind of a 3-way merge where they have to look at a) the old version of the source pages, b) the new version of the source page, and c) the current version of the target page.

So it would be better to somehow fix the inline diff.
