Title: Automatic alignment of paralle texts

Description: Many of the advanced functionalities we are planning will need an algorithm for automatically aligning parallel bilingual texts.

For example, if two sentences are changed on the French side and we want to insert a machine translation of those two sentences in the appropriate location on the English side, we will need some alignment algo.

Also, when user saves a translation and claims it's complete, we may need to do an alignment check to make sure that it is, and if not, to ask the user for confirmation.
